Without any professional expertise in my corner growing up, I had to pave my way in baseball through a lot of trial and error. I have traveled all over the country to everywhere from California to Maine to Puerto Rico playing ball and have met so many different kinds of people along the way. It is through my travels that I have developed a philosophy: work harder, work smarter. If you work hard on a consistent basis, you will never have to scramble to get ready for your opportunity. You’ll always be ready.

I want to contribute to the success of the next generation and give back to the community that built me. With that being said, I hold high expectations for my athletes. I strive to mold not only world-class citizens but also world-class athletes. My methods are highly results driven with an emphasis on physical and mental growth.
